What types of training does Voluna Consulting offer?

We specialize in comprehensive training on the Salesforce platform, such as Matchforce Fundraising and the Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP), including its integration with Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace. Additionally, we provide training related to continuous improvement, organizational development, and business operations. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization; this means we find the best solutions that matter most to your team, ensuring you get the most of your investment.

How do you customize the trainings to fit my agency's needs?

We offer a free initial consultation (also known as a Discovery Call) as the very first step in our process. This gives us the chance to meet to talk through areas you may feel stuck or frustrated, what has been implemented previously, and what you want the end result to look like. Following our consultation, we will create a proposal to fit your unique needs and review with you. During the review process, we will make any final changes, and discuss a mutually agreed upon schedule for training or other project-based services.

Do you provide ongoing support after training?

Absolutely! We believe in building lasting relationships and partnerships. After your training, we offer consulting and "check in" services to help you implement the process improvements and address any challenges you may face. Everyone's learning journey is different, and sometimes technology can throw some unexpected curveballs. We can work together after training as our goal is for you to feel confident and empowered in the systems you are utilizing!

What if we don't want a training, but need help with a database related project?

Not a problem at all! We understand that every organization is unique; sometimes it's not about needing training, rather it's finding time to work on those important data related projects. We also offer project based services, such as data entry and data cleanup. The request for project based services vs. training, or in addition to training, can be discussed during the initial consultation.

So, what will this cost me?

As you might have expected, cost will vary depending on the services requested. An initial review of the current system setup is included for every new client contract and the quote will start at $200.00 minimum. Fees thereafter will be calculated at a range between $40-$55/hour. All pricing and fees will be discussed thoroughly and agreed upon before you receive your first invoice for services.

What does the contract term and payment schedule look like?

Contract term and lengths of service will be discussed during the proposal review. The intention will be to best fit the needs and timeline for the client while fitting within the agreed upon scope of work.
For the payment schedule, typically this will be split into three payments: an initial deposit, mid-project payment, and a final payment. Payment schedule/structure may be changed per the request of the client during the proposal review.
